JORDAN SECONDARY LEARNING CENTER
The Garden Grove Unified School District selected DKP to provide “take-over” architectural services from a previous architect, for a“Modernization” project whose “Modernization” plans had been previously approved and sitting-on-the-shelf.
District standards and scope had changed since plan approval; therefore, Addenda were prepared and approved, by DSA, to amend the project scope. Project was then bid for construction. Construction administration was performed. Project close-out is completed and awaiting final DSA certification.
