The Garden Grove Unified School District (GGUSD) selected DKP to provide Architect/Engineering services for “HVAC, and Ancillary Scope” project which included all new air conditioning design (including roof- top units) for this previously, non-conditioned school site.

All of the existing windows were replaced with new energy conforming windows and new, dropped, T-bar ceilings were installed throughout the campus. All work of the separate “Modernization” project (earlier code edition) was required to be brought up to the current 2013 code (CBC) compliance. Project was submitted and approved by DSA.

Construction administration was performed, and project close-out and DSA certification.
