VIETNAMESE COMMUNITY CENTER
In 1988, the Mayor of the City of Santa Ana appointed our office to prepare plans for its first Asian Senior Center. This project was for a multi-story complex, with an emphasis on educational and community interest programs.
Our office, working with a board of fifteen directors, completed the design work for this distinctively styled building in five months, and the construction work in seven months.
Our office was selected for this project because of our background with remodeling and rehabs, and our ability to find solutions within difficult urban contexts.
