A school district was looking for a new site for their warehouse and distribution center. The district acquired a 8.75 acre parcel and requested our office perform the conceptual site planning for four potential users:

  • Relocated warehouse and office space only.

  • Relocated warehouse, office uses and a new “small” school on the shared site.

  • Relocated warehouse, office uses and a relocated central food facility on the shared site.

  • Relocated warehouse, office, a relocated central food facility and anew “small” school all on the same shared site.

The project is still in conceptual review with a direction anticipated by February 2006. The new facility is scheduled to be occupied by October 2007.
