HUNTINGTON HARBOUR AUTO WASH & CAR CARE FACILITY

The owner purchased this service station with plans to reopen it as a full service car wash. The project was approved by the City of Huntington Beach with a conditional use permit (CUP). All sides surrounding the building were SFD-residential, and the residents were not in favor of the project.

We eliminated the loud speaker system, added additional landscape and decorative hardscape assuring the residents this project would be an asset to the community.

Our office produced all plans, and the project was completed on time and within budget.
