Huntington Harbor Estate (Interior)
This custom home was completely gutted and remodeled. The new plans called for four bedrooms and a separate guest quarters. The land required a 6% waffle slab because of the high water table. The style of the house was completely revised.
The center of the project featured a community building with pool. The residence was nominated to be submitted for publication by Homes and Garden and Architectural Digest. The exterior was cedar siding and the roof was cedar shingle.
