HUNTINGTON HARBOR ESTATE
This custom home was completely gutted and remodeled, revising its overall style. The new plans called for four bedrooms, and separate guest quarters. Because of the property’s high water table, the land required a 6% “waffle” slab designed in reaction to the soil conditions that affected many of the properties in the area.
The exterior was completed in natural wood cedar siding, and the roof of natural cedar shingle. This project featured access to the community center and pool.
The home was nominated for publication in Home and Gardens and Architectural Digest.
