BROOKHAVEN ELEMENTARY MODERNIZATION

The Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) hired our firm to provide architectural services for a series of State approved modernization projects on schools 30 years and older.

An advisory panel was assembled at each school site.  Plans were prepared within the Office of Public School Construction’s (OPSC) budget parameters, and code requirements (ADA, fire/life safety, etc.). 

Open classroom plans, with recent educational design models, were implemented allowing for the maximum number of classrooms for each of campus.
