BIG BEAR CUSTOM RESIDENCE

This home was built in the mid 1970’s as a weekend getaway. After 30+ years in the home, the owners wanted to update to meet the present needs of their family. Both interiors and exteriors were remodeled and reconfigured with new surfaces; the kitchen enlarged and reconstructed.

The interior remodel converted bedrooms into master suites, with new access to the lakefront walk. The project was processed and approved through a private HOA, and was privately bid.
